| There are five BSc courses in the School of Civil Engineering, which specialize in Civil Engineering, Water Supply and Sewerage Engineering, Water Conservancy and Hydraulic Engineering, Engineering Mechanics. For postgraduates to study,there are nine MSc courses in the school, which specialize in Engineering Mechanics, Solid Mechanics, Structural Engineering, Rock-Soil Engineering, Hydro-structure Engineering, Hydrology and Water Resources, Hdrodynamics and River-Flow Dynamics, Municipal Engineering, and Engineering Survey. There are two PHD study programs, which specialize in Engineering Mechanics and Structural Engineering. There are 124 teaching and administrative staffs in the school, among whom 17 Professors, 38 Associate Professors and equivalents, 45 Lecturers and equivalents. In April 2003 there were 2491 students in the school, among whom 1731 undergraduates, 286 adult students, 250 postgraduates for MSc and PHD studies, 224 students for specialized postgraduate course. | |||||
